The Mission
The Mission of Lambda Theta Phi is to cultivate a spirit of brotherhood, to promote unity among all cultures, to be proud of and cherish our heritage, to assert roles of leadership, to develop character, to practice chivalry, to server as a source of support for students, and professionals in pursuit of an education and career. Lambda Theta Phi brothers come from different backgrounds, yet as a unit, the fraternity mobilizes it's resources to serve mankind, and for the advancement of the Latino culture.
Our Goals
The fraternity's goals are to promote scholarship, Latin unity, respect for all cultures and brotherhood. Lambda Theta Phi has set out to accomplish these goals through responsible political and social action. By working in the community, the fraternity hopes not only to provide service, but to also enhance the image of Latin culture and produce positive role models to server the Latino community.
